Jill Hummelstein is a Level Three Total Immersion Coach. She is also a former yoga teacher and blends delicious, mindful movement into an easy stroke that is in harmony with her body and the water. Jill values calm movement with attention to breathing, as well as all out, vigorous effort where her inner athletic smokes everyone else as they are eating her dust.
Jill taught herself to swim at the age of three, when she dropped a toy in the water and jumped in and swam out to it. For Jill,  swimming has always been a mode distinct from mundane reality: swimming is a  time to play, to heal, to feel your own power and to transform with each swim. Jill learned swim mode early on and has never been without the precious “me time” of swimming with pleasure.
